Sanctity of Human Life

In 1984, President Reagan proclaimed the 3rd Sunday in January as Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. Each year, many churches commemorate the value of each and every life on this day. One tangible, life-changing way to commemorate this event is through a Baby Bottle Campaign to benefit the moms and babies Blue Ridge Women’s Center serves.

Blue Ridge Women’s Center is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to upholding the sanctity of human life by ministering to women facing unplanned pregnancies, and promoting sexual integrity. Since we opened our doors in 1984, we have provided support to over 18,000 women.

What Can I Do to Honor this Event?

Joining the Baby Bottle Campaign is a practical way you can collect funds to be an encouragement to women in our community facing unplanned pregnancies. Your (pocket) change can change lives! More details on the Baby Bottle Campaign can be found here.

Whether you choose to commemorate Sanctity of Human Life Sunday through a Baby Bottle Campaign or not, we can provide bulletin inserts for your church to raise awareness and honor the value of each life.
